6.1 修復(fù)

只有貨叉制造廠或具有相當(dāng)能力的專家才能判定貨叉是否可修復(fù)后繼續(xù)使用。但修復(fù)工作須只按貨叉制造廠的建議進行。

不建議使用焊接方法修復(fù)貨叉表面的裂紋和磨損。

當(dāng)需要進行必要的調(diào)整修復(fù)時，貨叉應(yīng)視情況在修復(fù)后進行適當(dāng)?shù)臒崽幚怼?/p>

6.2 屈服試驗

除叉車定位銷和標(biāo)記的修復(fù)或更換外，凡是經(jīng)過修復(fù)的貨叉，應(yīng)按照GB/T 5182 的規(guī)定進行屈服試驗，經(jīng)試驗合格后方可重新使用。 試驗載荷須符合表1的規(guī)定。

6.1 Repair

Only the manufacturer of the fork ,or an expert of equal competence, shall decide if a fork may be repaired for continued use, and repairs shall only be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the fork manufacturer.

It is not recommended that surface cracks or wear be repaired by welding. 

When repairs necessitating resetting are required, the fork shall subsequently be subjected to an appropriate heat treatment, as necessary.

6.2 Yield test Loading 

Except for the repair or replacement of forklift positioning pins and marks, all repaired forks shall be subjected to a yield test in accordance with the provisions of ISO 2330, and can be reused after passing the test. The test load must meet the requirements of Table 1.
